Event date: 23rd of July, 2014 at 12:00.
     Venue: Undurhyasaa of Bat-Ulzii soum, Uvurkhangai province

This will include the following activities;

1. Competitions for 1-2 team from each soum
            - Yak race (Bets may be placed)
            - Bucking Yak riding
            - Lassoing yaks
            - Throw the tie on high
            - Slinging rocks
            - Yak polo
2. Traditional games and festival (tourists invited to take part)
            - Selecting the best yak
            - Naming yak by its colour
3. Trade fair
            - Handmade crafts
            - Concert
            - Selecting the best yak products

-       Aimag Government office

-       Aimag’s Environment and Tourism Department

-  Zuunbayan-Ulaan, Khujirt, Bat-Ulzii, Khairkhandulaan, Uyanga and Taragt soums Government office

-       Aimag’s Chamber of Commerce Department

-       Mercy Corps - Mongolia international organization

-       “Sarlag erdene” non-Government organization

Expenses
- Each team of participant soums should pay 50.000
- Companies should pay 80.000MNT
- Single tourists should pay 5000MNT

Note:  The money collected from tourists will be distributed to local citizens for payment for the sheep and goats for dairy products that tourists used

Competition rules

-       Each team should have 5 team members

-       1st, 2nd and 3rd places will awarded

-       Bets must be placed on yak racing

-      1 member from each team must take part in each of the following competitions: catching a horse, bucking a horse (throw a rider from the horse) rock slinging

-       Each participant completes the activity twice

-       All the participants of yak polo and the best yak products will perform.
